Too many limitations which makes it unattractive to play,
Justify war goal? you can't justify on peaceful country, and need high world tension.
Changing your recruitment and economy laws? Eh you need to war with other nation and need to be weaker than them.
Unfortunately, there isn't any improvements from Paradox regarding this issue yet.
Democracy is just boring and terrible, non-alingned means very little, and there is no meaningfull diffrence between communism and facism.
Maby add in political policies that reqeuire an certain ideology.
Since there are so many Kingdoms still in the game adding an monarchy ideology would be cool.
Also, while democraty is bad its for balance purpuses. Withouth it the Allies would be immensly powerfull.
But yea reason why game is so afwul because they had to make game around focuses order to break rules in game. Then sell DLC for new focuses to wanted nations and small Addons (Ripped off contect then sold to you)
