Germany is way too weak
It doesnt even conquer Kiev or Minsk, I could make it stronger of course for my games but don't want to touch those sliders.

Germany is easily the strongest country in the game if played correctly.

give him +5.
and do not strike back until 1944
Well, that is exacly were those sliders come into play.
German AI lacks the ability to inflict massive causelties through encirclements.
And grinding the Soviets back into their low infrastructure motherland will desimate the German AI since it also has to deal with Allied naval invasions while it has very limited manpower.

The German AI seems to run itself out of men frequently. I personally think that the devs should look at country AI and fix any defect. For one, have a 50% chance that Britain will have a home guard event which automatically puts in the training queue 50 fully infantry units, and adds 500 000 WW1 rifles to the UK(Since the weapons they armed themselves with were mostly WW1 stuff privately kept, and they should not come from the Manpower pool as they are not combag ready troops). Then, the AI should assign them to garrison coastline, airfields, victory points, everything basically. Bye bye to capturing the UK by paradrop. Next, they should actually keep their navies patrolling the channel and North Sea all the time, and the moment a battle starts all elements of the fleet should rush from port. Finally, for the air side od things, there could be a random choice made on if the UK should focus on fighters, and start researching new fighters and forming 2000 plane wings to defend the UK and colonies, or if the UK should use huge fleets of thousands of strategic bombers to bomb enemies. For the Germans, for example, they should have an event to start building the Atlantic wall, the Siegfried line and a line of fortress across Poland. With this event 100 units will 15 infantry, 5 artillery and 5 AT will be added to the training queue, and when done training they will be assigned to garrison the fortress lines. That way Germany may not just fold and crumble easily. In fact, in 1936-1939, the Germans should be making the Siegfried line much stronger like they did in history.

FTFY
Play against Germany for once, as France or as Russia. And you'll see that they are not 'too weak'.

Germany is already overpowered in MP so the devs can't buff the focustree further. The only solution would be to make the AI better: Fix issues with ♥♥♥♥♥♥ frontline AI running people into rivercrossings and forts instead of attacking through plains, using ♥♥♥♥♥♥ 12width light tank divisions instead of proper 40 width, not having enough planes, ♥♥♥♥♥♥ economy buildup etc.

I suggest Getting Expert AI, it minmaxes the economy and production for AI and gives proper templates for the Ai to use. It still suffers from poor frontline AI, but expert AI germany gets ♥♥♥♥ done better than vanilla germany.

The best width for tanks is 20, not 40.

40 may be strong, but it's impractical for a large front.

It depends from one game to another.
But it's perfectly normal that Germany typically loses at the end: it's how it ended up historically!
And I'm not sure Germany would have had any chance to win in a parallele universe: they highly underestimated the "national unity" of USSR.

German is actually strong but the A.I. is autistic because it declares war on every country it gains war goal against from a focus.

U wot m8? maybe if you play singleplayer and use frontline Ai to do the fighting like a noob. In Proper MP games you need only 3-4 40w tank divs to pocket to breakthrough anything. 20w just does not cut it against 1000 defence units.

Germany is strong in fact with all its focuses but I'd say the easiest country to play with would be Fascist Britain, huge navy, huge air force, and once you become fascist you can take france, build up a huge army and take Germany.
