Where are the other scenarios? is there just 36 and 39?

Yes, but the only two vanilla scenarios are 36 and 39

Only mods add more scenarios (e.g endsieg - which lets you play in 1941-1945). There likely won't be a dlc for more scenarios, though.

It used to be more scenarios in HOI3, but Paradox decided to not let out on HOI4 and instead let modders do it instead.

Ah that's what he means. Well I think 36 and 39 are more than enough. Why add so many years anyway? Personally I don't even see the point of starting in 1939, part of the fun of it is building up your country and starting the conquest as early as possible.

Its desinged to be an challange and its meant to play the Germans.

I do hope we might someday see an Operation Barbarossa start-date.
Have yet to fight an actuel long war the Soviets (its generaly over in max 1 year and its either they rush my capital or i rush their capital)
