Custom Country Names

So... I was wondering, if it is possible to implement a way to rename your country in game. I think EUIV gives you the possibility to rename your country (I have never played EUIV).

So, my idea was to implement somewhat like the "create faction" menu, where I can type something in and my country will adopt this name. But there are two major questions... Is there some way to implement another input field (like create faction, division names, etc.) and can I somehow declare a variable, that can be used in the localisation file or is it possible to change the name of a country with some kind of integrated command?

I hope this isn't to confusing and that you have some idea how to do this... I know it's very advanced modding, but it would be a really nice mod, that I think many people would enjoy.

You can change your countries name though in The files. Look up how to do it.

it is not possible to do it in a dynamic way like you describe it.

You can however create cosmetic tags for some static name changes, just like Hungary can become Austria-Hungary.
