They seem to lower it according to the modifiers.
37ish organization isn't that bad. just make sure you got 35+
I disagree entirely. My artillery divisions have over 1000 Soft Attack. You don't need a high Organization with that kind of firepower. High Organization is only if you are slogging it out in a long fight. I think it is better to win decisively and quickly because you lose less man-power and the battles are won more easily.
I have other posts that state my division compositions which steamroll the enemy.
Beside to properly built artillery division is not something minor nation could easily do especially in early game, you can only create tons of them at least during mid-late game
That is total bs. I tinkered around and found out that you can create arty divisions with extremely high soft attack. They will crush almost all enemy divisions at the start since they are mainly infantry. Organisation in this case will not matter since battles will end very quickly.
I suggest ppl try out 8marines and 8 arty or something for their divisions. its insane.
For an offensive destined infantry unit, add in artillery and anti-tank/anti-air as desired.
As far as using moutain, marine, or paratroopers mixed, you lose alot of the bonuses a pure unit would have doing what it was built to do.
