too change the capital number open with notepad,
and go into states folder for that number, example
eng/uk state- south georgia 720,
and then go back to countries, and change the number,
capital for that country, need any help just ask.
1: Type "tdebug" (Will display state ID's)
2: Type "setowner [country ID] [State ID]" and enter any country other than your own
3: Type "setcontroller [country ID] [State ID]" and enter the country you used above as well as the same state
4: Fast forward until your capital has changed (If it has not then repeat these steps for surrounding states until it does)
5: Once your capital has changed repeat steps 2 and 3 but replacing the country ID with your own to reclaim the states
Example Steps (Playing as Iraq):
ID's: 291 (Baghdad) and 421 (Kurdistan)
1. tdebug
2. setowner ENG 291
3. setcontroller ENG 291
4. No change in capital
5. setowner ENG 421
6. setcontroller ENG 421
7. Capital changed to Muscat
8. setowner IRQ 291
9. setcontroller IRQ 291
10. setowner IRQ 421
11. setcontroller IRQ 421
12. New capital is Muscat (Conquered Oman previously years back)
13. Finished
