Demand Slovania- German campaign / what does the london conference do?

basically all in the title. im playing as germany and was reading through the focus tree options and saw that doing the demand slovania thing starts an event called the london conference. what exactlly does that do. im playing on iron mode so i dont want to screw up as im trying to stay out of war with the allies until later when im ready

Historically Germany did never demand Slovenia from Yugoslavia. Therefore this London Conference is something completely fictional but works somewhat like the Munich Conference. The focus starts an event chain which decides wether you get Slovenia peacefully or have to take it by force, if you want to.
