Sending volunteers

Spain civil war has started. I'm German. I'd like to send some volunteers to fight together with Franco. But it doesn't work. When I click on Spain in diplomacy screen, then on the option 'send volunteers' the game asks me to select divisions. If I click on the sole line i the window it adds 30 divisions and the game tells me it's too much. But I have no idea how to select a lower number of divisions to send to Spain.
Anybody knows how to do it ?

Select the units you want to send and make them a seperate army under a seperate general. I recommend as Germany two tank divisons under Rommel.

OK, i was able to create an army with only 3 divisions and select it. But now I don't know how to remove the 27 divisons (the first line in the send volunteers window.

You can only send two divisions, so you'll have to remove one unit out of the army of 3 to be able to send it. Is that what you mean?

Edit: The 27 divisions within the army at the top aren't selected to go. It only shows them there as an option to send. You have the bottom army selected but can't send it as it says you can only send 2, instead of the three that are in the army.
