HOI4: Modding National Focus HELP

I am making a mod for australia but I need to know how to be able to improve relations with a country. E.G. a focus that adds 50+ opinion of germany for australia.

Opinion modifiers are in a separate file. Common/opinion_modifiers/Your_own_opinoin_modifiers_file

opinion_modifiers = {

title_is_not_so_important_but_i_suggest_AUS_GER_diplomacy_focus = {
value = 50
}

}

then you can add the modifer through a national focus.
