XP Console Command

Just messing around with the console commands and the XP command is noly giving xp to the Navy, how do i get it to give XP to Army and Airforce?

xp 500 in the command

yeah i did, but it only added it to Navy NOT Army or Airforce

The game won't do the command if you've already passed some threshold of earned experience. There's some amount of experience you can earn in a day before the command stops working. Pause the game one hour after the day has ended then use the command.

Game will sometimes not register the xp command, spend xp in army and air and it will work again
