Viewing another country's manpower

Is there a way to see how much recruitable manpower that another country has? It would be nice to see how many more men you have to grind through until they have to change recruitment laws or can't reinforce their devisions anymore. I know that you can view the population of any state in particular and when you hover over it with the cursor, you can see recruitable pop in that state alone, but is there a way to see the whole country as a whole? Do i need a higher level of decryption? Thanks

Right click on country and click on details tab it is conscripion law

Not directly - next patch will feature that - you can see as @RateR righfully pointed out that you can see their conscrption law and if you click on a province you cann see how many people they can recruit (where you can see the total population of the province) so if a country has scrape the barrel and all its provinces says 0 than you can see they're F*******, might be not so handy solution for big countries, I would advise to look at 2-3 and then you can just calculate how much manpower they might still be able to mobilize.
