Купил cadet версию игры из стима,при этом я не живу в германии и у меня IP не немецкий,а вот продали мне немецкую версии игры, что делать?

Are you really sure that you have the German version of the game?

Try deleting the `dlc_signature' file in Documents/Paradox Interactive/Hearts of Iron IV.

Deleted dlc_signature and doesn't changed anything

менял на русскии и на англиский язык,и все ровно скрыто

Deleted dlc_signature and doesn't changed anything

Try exiting Steam, then delete that file again, then restart Steam. If that doesn't help I fear you really got the German version. (You bought the key from a reseller, didn't you? :/ Anyway, IIRC there are mods for the German version that "fix the problem" you are talking about.)

Did you try what I wrote above? If not please do that.

AFAIK it's impossible to get the German version of HoI4 if you buy the game outside of Germany. (Well, maybe if one uses a German VPN server when one buys the game, but other than that...)

it's still german,but i don't use VPN or something

Start HoI4 and go to the DLC tab in the launcher. There click on "Content". Do you see the "Historical German Portraits" DLC there? If so make sure it's activated.

If not right-click on HoI4 in the Steam Library. Click on "Properties" and then on the DLC tab. Do you see the mentioned DLC there?

thx for help,i activated Historical german portraits and worked,i played mp with mods and deactivated all DLC

Когда играешь в мультиплеер, то игре сторого пофигу какие у тебя длс включены. Космитические длс вообще ни на что не влияют (вроде тех портретов, из-за которых весь сыр-бор и случился), а контентные длс игра отключит, если они отключены на сервере. Более того, игра включит все длс, что есть на сервере, но отсутствуют/отключены у тебя.
