Sort of. Its not great but far better then in HOI3. Many mechanics remain unexplained though.

Not really...(IMO). But...

These pages / videos helped me a lot as I was learning the mechanics and nuances of the game. DEFINATELY check them out. Each of them break down the mechanics in a simple step-by-step way. Let me know how you do.

It's better than hoi3, as that was absolutly HORRENDOUS. I would have died of ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ cancer if I did the rest. Hoi4's tutorial isnt about little men telling you ♥♥♥♥ extremely vaguely. It actually brings you In game and shows you how to do ♥♥♥♥. I would suggest looking at a youtubers video of him going over the tutorial, explaining some things here and there that may be difficult to understand. But it does have a semi-decent tutorial.

If you watch a couple of videos on youtube you will be a master on the game

It has one of the worst tutorial of the saga. Go watch some videos abot that if you want to learn how to play.
