Invisible divisions.

So i have this bug: Sometimes when i play a modded HOI 4 other countries divisions markers disappear,but their 3D model is still visible and if you hold your mouse at them it will show correct info about the division. In vanilla HOI it happens too but very rarely. What can cause this and how do i fix it without restarting the game?

It happens to me to. The only way I can fix it is restarting. Pressing m doesn't work :(
