Factories bug
I have encountered an odd bug where I am not occupying any territory i have about 130 factories but only have 30 assigned. When i start a new production line the factories show as green but the production is listed as "none" it appears if i delete the line above it (can be both naval or military), the line starts producing. Anyone encounter this before?

Not enough resources. Took me awhile to figure it out too. That's why deleting the line above starts it, as it frees up enough resources. Probably steel if both navy and army can free it up.

Ya but even without resources it should produce something shouldnt it?

. I'm pretty sure it will unless it's an extreme shortage. The speed reduction seems to be able to overcome the bonus of extra factories, as I've had things actually build faster with less assigned to it.

Ya i was wrong. I was at 0 steel and it wouldnt let me produce. Thanks!
