Faster Training
Is there any way to train units faster?

And how do you get more equipment?

You can deploy unit just after 20% of training, there is a deploy button in the training section. But they will erform poorly.

There are couple of generals that reduce training time, putting extensive conscription negates the bonus, you get more equipment by building it or trough conquest
Training Units Fast

Via stats
))))) Laws and ministers (some nations head of army/ chiefs of staff have a leader that reduce trainin time), more desperate conscription laws increase training time).
))))) National Focuses (mostly fascist reduce by 10%) Also there is a continuous national focus that temporarily reduces training time.

Via Strategies

)))))) Just deploy the bastards early (at 20% taraining they can be placed). Green troops are rubbish but even a rookie with no training can hold in mountains or the maingot line and they will get xp that way.
)))))) Attach field hospitals, they might not speed up training but they keep vetrans alive.

To make sure new divisions keep training during the war

)))))Adjust priority for repacments upgrades and new division types (this is done by clicking one of 3 dots beside each of the headings in the division screen) It is only urgent to change priority when the division training bar is yellow (training cannot continue due to lack of equiptment)

)))))Build special training divisions (hard to do in multiplayer buy also gamebreakinlgy powerful)
Whenever you edit your existing divisions you can also choose what weapons that division will use. Select all your obsolete junk and let your men train with that till they get to regular experience. There is no penatly for training infantry with ww1 weapons instead of the assualt rifles you issue to your frontline troops (it is actually benneficial to keep prodcuing afew ww1 weapons till the end of the game for this reason). Note To avoid experience loss when changeing your division template back to frontline division from your previously made training division you must edit your division and click duplicate then edit the new division to use up to date weapons. Now all you need to do is select your deployed divisions and click the circular small arrows in the top left ccornor of the selected unit box to alter division type to a frontline division.

Exploiting Game mechanics

Create a Division template with one infantry element. Deploy it and then switch to another division type. (Your men will not be trained... or armed for that matter but hey the first man in line GETS A RIFLE!

There's also a continuous NF that reduces training time.
Stockpiling equiptment and building stuff:

1) Military factories build military stuff.
2) They build military stuff faster when they have enough resources and get faster still with tech upgrades, relaxed trade laws ( which unfortunately reduces resources) and also gain efficency over time.
3) Defeating countrys gives you 75% of their armies equiptment divided by your war score (i think this is global war score which makes italy sad because reich always steals everything)

Not Breaking your toys:

1) Move your divisons by rail whever possible to avoid atrittion when in mountain terrain dense snow or mud (note fast travel will reduce organisation to near 0 )
2) Upgrade reliability. By clicking on existing vehicles in prodction and clicking the metalish badge beside the vehicle pic you can make more reliable varients that will not break (120% reliable equiptment will never break even on a muddy mountainside in the middle of a sandstorm. Reliable equiptment is extra useful for division intraining
3) Build and research maintenace company (stops equiptment breaking especially in training)

Ministers/Officers who improve drill time and the continuous training National Focus. If supplies are prepared and the manpower's available, it should be rather rapid.
