DLC not showing in launcher?

I just bought the together for victory dlc but its not showing in the launcher wtf

Restart Steam, maybe that's enough to fix your problem.

If not, try this: Exit Steam, delete the 'dlc_signature' file in Documents\Paradox Interactive\Hearts of Iron IV and then start Steam again.
