Looking for someone to help me make a Civil War Mod for Hoi4.
hi,
I am working on a mod that effectively turns the world into US CIvil War era, and I am looking for some people to help me, I am fairly new ish to hearts of iron 4 modding and need someone to help me with creating portraits and getting the units and stuff put into the countries the mod is basically too much work for me, I have 3 nations so far fully created as far as name, government land etc.

Not to bust your dream, but you sure HOI4 is the proper game to create such a mod? Seems like VIC2 or EU4 would be a better platform

it can easily be made to work for it, its mechanics would also make it pretty good imo

True, some of the mechanics could be good for that sort of game... but i somehow doubt that the AI is gonna see it the same way...
