Can't see enemy divisions?
When I attack a country I can't see what they have on my borders. I have radar and the decryption/encryption thing and I still can't see them. Is it a bug or am I missing something?

Chech the bottom right corner, there is a picture of a man, make sure it is not highlighted.

"M" is your hotkey for that, both hides and reveals, very easy to accidentally knock it and make the enemy invisible.
