The Non-Aligned Flag of Russia.

So i was wondering after watching a 4 way civil war on Youtube between Russian Federation, Russia, Soviet Union and the Russian Empire, Russia won, however i didnt know anything about the Flag *unlike the other 3* does anyone know where i can find a link of what its from or where its from, it kinda looks like a modified version of the Russian Navy's flag but idk so thats why im asking you people.

It's the rosykaya imperia (bad spelling) flag. Basically Russian monarchy. It's the same flag in mount and blade napoleonic wars

That flag of navy was also used by ROA (Russian liberation Army) under general Vlasov.

The gold coat fo arms was not part of it though, it belongs to president of Russia standard and also was on flag of Tsardom of Russia (with traditional tricolor though)
