Playing as Neo-Ottomon Empire and sided with Germany. It's 1941 and the Soviets have just taken Berlin and I want this war to end.

In the panel that shows war stats (countries involved, deaths etc.) I am second after Germany, so if they capitulate will I become war leader?

So if Italy and Japan are also there, will I have to wait for them to capitulate before I can have a hope of ending the war?

yes you will have to wait, if it isnt iron man compatible then you are in luck since the AI usually never capitulates japan, go to console (press `) and do tag ita and delete every unit, then tag ♥♥♥ and delete every unit, then tag sov and type teleport in consol and pick a troop and teleport it to the victory points ( cities) of italy and japan until they capitulate. dont unpause otherwise AI will mess with your country, after they are 100% towards capitulating tag back to ottomans (tag tur) and wait a day
