Do fabled items still drop?

I am lvl 800 and played more than 90 hours and i still don't find fabled item. Do they still drop?

Fabled items are a Kickstarter exclusive, they must be enabled via the instructions in the email set to backers. However, it's been quite a while since the game launched now, so I'm considering removing that restriction in the next patch so that everybody can have them.
