Changes in construction missions

All construction missions would need to be adjusted because there is always something missing in the conditions.

1) Building Defense Platforms: Split into Forward Base and Sector Defense

Forward base

- The minimum I would expect is that it should have 1x docking port, 1x landing pad, storage for at least 70,000 container units and 5x defense module, which should be fully occupied. The base will require a 15,000 unit warehouse if they are in missile tower condition. The layout of the towers should be in proportion to their L and S sizes.

After completing the task, it would automatically be renamed to FACTION Forward base

Defense base

- At the very least, I would expect it to have 1x dock, 1x landing pad, 1x administrative center and 6x defense module, which should be fully occupied. In case they are in missile tower conditions, the base will require a 15,000 unit warehouse. The layout of the tower should be in proportion to their size L and S.

In the case of RIP, the station would require a Protector Shield Generator

After completing the task, it would automatically be renamed to
FACTION Defense Station

2) Construction of the production station

- here I am missing the condition for at least 1x accommodation module. In the case of RIP, the station would require a Protector Shield Generator
