New station modules (sensor-phalanx, battlehangar, firecontrol-center)

I have suggestions for some new station modules:

Sensor-phalanx: like the adv. satellite, adjustable radius, the energy consumption depends on the size of the scan radius
Why? I heard much about destroyed sats by ships from a very special faction. ;) I think 99% of all players will use that.

Battlehangar: needs a sensor-phalanx and the same station to work, docks for assigned S and M ships, modes to auto-defend the station or defend own ships in sensor-phalanx range (of its assigned station) or auto-intercept hostile ships in sensor-phalanx range, shipgroups can be set on patrol or auto-return mode, attacks only on selected ship-classes
Why? It will help to secure sectors.

Firecontrol-center: same like the battlehangar but for L and XL ships, (docks or no docks?)
Why? It will help to secure dangerous sectors.

What do you think about of these ideas?

Ability to have a dedicated garrison force would be nice.
