Terran: War of Intervention Stuck

Well, long story short: When the Spear of Odin's flewet entered Matrix 75b for the Yaki quest, it did what it also did in the other systems and attacked all the stations instead of just moving to it's goal.
Eventually, a random I class wiped the entire remaining fleet, consisting of 2 Tokyo's and two Asgards.
Fine up to here, but the Quest remains stuck at "Current location of Terran Commander" while not showing me their location. So I assume the quest got stuck, when the I destroyed not only the spear of Odin, but also the rest of the fleet.
