No trade offers for build storage

Hi,

I don't know if im doing something wrong here or if this is a bug.

I made some changes to two of my stations and the manager is not creating buy offers for the required wares.

- I am producing all required wares my self in the same sector.
- The station has more than enough funds for the build.
- There is a L/XL pier and numerous S/M docks.
- The station is running smoothly, being supplied by assigned miners and mules from the mules mod are delivering required ressources from my other stations.
- I am building other stations at the same time and my mule fleet of 16 ships is jumping on their buy offers. Supplying them on no time
- I have all stations set to only buy from my empire, but I tryed turning that off to by from everyone, which didn't help.
- When i right click the stations on the map and choose trade with build storage. There are no offers for the stations, that don't work, but there are offers for the stations that work.
- When I open the build menue, it shows the missing wares and the estimated budged.
- When i open the info panel for that station in the map view, it shows "0" for the estimated budged however. So there is an inconsistency.
- I can manualy order traders to deliver the wares and the stations will be build, however I have to use "transfer with build storage", since "trade with build storage" does not show and buy offers.
- I can not find anything im doing different with the stations, that don't have buy offers and those that have, except for two small things. Both stations, that are not working, are wating on changes to be made and (I think - I'm not sure with one of the stations) had my new own builder assigned a build that had been completed. The other stations I am building right now are new stations, but are build by the same builder.
- I have not yet assigned a builder to the stations, that don't work, since I like to have the materials first.
- The problem persists for a few game sessions, so I restarted computer and game a few times.

Does anyone have any Ideas, what I still could be doing wrong or is this a bug?

Especially the inconsistency between the estimated building budget shown in the build menue and the info pannel have me puzzled.

Greatful for any ideas or help.

EDIT: Seems like it affects any changes to a station. I designed a new station and the mules supplied everything in like no time, except for turret components, of which i am a littke short. There is still a buy offer for them and they get delivered when more are available, but when I add another module, which requires additional wares, there is no buy offer for them... This station has nothing build yet.

EDIT: It realy seems to affect any changes made to a station which already had module changes which have not been build yet. So adding a module to a station will generate buy offers and the materials will be delivered. Adding another module to the same station right afterwards or anytime before the 1st module had been completed will not generate additional buy offers and in the info panel of the station no additional funds for Station Construction will be shown. Seems like the information of the changes don't make their way out of the station... which is very annoying!

EDIT: I found workarounds: For stations, that have no build modules yet, I can save the station as a template and load that template, buy offers will be created. For stations that already have completed modules, I can also save the station with the changes as a template, but have to remove all changes, so no unbuild modules are left in the plan, confirm those changes, then load the template and buy offers will be created. I think that is still a little tedious, but at least way less, than manually ordering traders to supply all the stuff.

EDIT: OMG... its sooo buggy..... Using these techniques, the trade offers will be created, but any wares already in build storage will be ignored. So waaay to much stuff might be bought... *sigh*

I wonder, does no body else struggle with this?

I know you posted this forever ago and that this is a huge necropost, but I just wanted to say thanks because you probably just saved me hours of troubleshooting. Appreciate you putting it out there :)

I totally forgot about this, took a break from X4 for a while, returned recently and didn't have this problem ever since.
