In all seriousness though, I wouldn't expect Egosoft's patches to do something like revert ship ownership. *Maybe* convert the ship in to a normal version of the Shark (that doesn't have the Throne Room or Briefing Room), but doing that risks breaking quests that rely on those rooms (such as the incomplete Queen's Herald missions I still have), so instead I just expect the patch to add the "impossible to board" flag to those ships spawned in new saves & any existing saves who were quick enough to capture them now just have a fun Easter egg.
