From an outsider point of view seeing the servants of the Patriarch's has slaves, Zyarth is probably the best choice seeing as they will be treated slightly better. Siding with the Curbs will results in some slaves being freed, but the Curbs will continue using Slaves as well.
let them fight it out and make some money.
But I don't profit on War... Well, actually I do; but it's never Intentional, it's just a Side-Effect from bring an Overly Righteous Do-Gooder!!! :).
There's always going to be conflict no matter which way you go. The curbs keep building stations as fast as I can blow them up. I kill them all then a few hours later they have everything setup again.
While the Curbs do seem to be the Underdogs... it's seems like Zyarth is only using slaves (for the most part) to weaken the Argon, but per Dal, if they were in a stronger position against the Argons, they 'May' back away from the Slave Trade... 'A Bit'. But then again... it (slavery) does seem to be a part of the Split lifestyle. So I'm kind of liking Bozz' idea of strengthening the Curbs, so they can fight it out with the Zyarths, and I can take some satisfaction in the fact they are killing each other (My Evil Side Peeking out (grin)); and the Curbs will be helping the Slaves Revolt to weaken the Zyarth (Good Ideas, even if it is for the Wrong Reason); however... the Curbs actually support Slavery... the Zyarth just use it as a tool. But now am I just arguing with myself over semantics?!?
When did this stop being a game, and become a Moral Dilemma?!? I really gotta get a Life!!!
Thoughts? Not on me needing to get a life... but on the whole Split situation :).
And like you said both sides see no problems with slavery. It's just normal everyday stuff to them. So that really doesn't factor into it.
