Which planets can you terraform?

I would love to Terraform Mars to give Earth another edge.

I haven't unlock the newer terraforming missions yet but I know these from the 4.0 beta.
Frontier Edge.
Getsu Fune.
18 Billion.
Path to profit.
Scale Plate Green.
Aiyta's Misfortune.
Black Hole Sun.

I don’t know like I said I haven’t reached the point to see the DLC terraforming candidates

So, it doesn't seem like you can terraform anything to the Terrans advantage.

Currently neither of the DLC have terraforming options.

yah I just got to the point where I unlock some terraforming tech but all it does is give more advance terraforming option to do.

Any as long as you meet the requirement for the Aerial Maze.

Black hole sun is a good terraforming candidate. (no hazard)

Take away the hazard - (no radiation or toxicity)
housing for 10000 people (bubble city will do it)
there a couple of needed one and some optional on the way.
1. power
2. optional: factories
3. Hydroponic
4. Bubble city.
5. Aerial Maze.
