[Noob] Deploy mine/laser turret field command?

Is there a command im missing for deploying a lot of mines/laser towers?

So far I can only order them one at a time. and doing it on the Y axis is a major hassle.

As far as I am aware, there is no way to order a ship to lay a minefield other than to order the placement of each mine or laser tower individually. If you're flying the ship yourself, though, you could add some keybindings to allow you to lay mines and laser towers without going into the ship interactions menu.

There is no way to place minefields of tower fields automaticaly.

Also just you know. Mines do not work if you are not near them. If you are not in the same sector enemies can fly right through the minefield.
