Torus segment #34 switch/lever bugged

Hey guys!
Its been going pretty good in the torus segment (Sarcasm detected)
i have a bug?? or am i just to stupid for this xD
so i have 1 specific switch i have to activate using the Repair laser but... IT JUST DOESNT WORK (i think the switch went into windows sleep mode lol) i shot at it using the laser and even the other thing (even though theres a hologram on the switch) but the switch does not activate and the mission objective doesnt update it still says i have to go through the first airlock even though i even hit the next door that wasnt even opened becouse of the switch bug.
i think its the mission objective causing the bug but i dont want to reload becouse i did safe in the torus eternal but i dont want to do evrything again and sometimes when i load the save i cant survive in the radioactive gas sh!t for more than 3 seconds because it kills my suit in less then 3 seconds even though my hull is 100%.

if im just too stupid for this please tell me lol xD

On some of the switches you have to use the repair laser and on others the laser/blaster.

that not the problem i do everything right but the swithc doesnt activate changing the tool doesnt help theres a laser hologram on the switch and i used the laser but the switch doesnt turn on/off or does anything else its like im not hitting it but i am

i've tried 4 times even going right infront of the switch but i tried 4 times and guess who's died 4 times........ yeah me..........

and YES i tried both tools on it but it didint work
YES i tried flying through the airlock again but the mission feed still aint updating

also i have the aim assist thing on (the white point that shows you where you are aiming) and its dark instead of white like im out of reach to hit something but my target is "torus eternal-segment #24 (A0Z-391)

im gonna try to target the switch maybe that will work (if it does im gonna cry)

ON THE DATA VAULTS YOU DID NOT HAD TO TARGET THE SWITCHES EITHER!!!!?????? HUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUH??????????

Yeah, that was obviously the case. The spacesuit lasers doesn't have a range of several kilometres ... or metres. You have to be pretty close to actually hit something.

like i said i've solved it but it wasnt the reach it was just the fact i did not target the switch (in an older try i flew directly at it and it didnt work)
