Shuffle feature when station building

I though it did what it said on the tin shuffled your build around but no it doesnt just do that it adds and removes things from your build maddening! Please fix egosoft i want a real shuffle feature not a build me a station feature!!!!! This has completely ruined my latest game so infuriating
