Same goes for the ship's main guns, nothing worth using aside from the railgun style.
Thresher just aren’t made to kill well because of their speed and lack of damage
But they can slow all fighters around them very well leaving them vulnerable to ship that actually does damage
They can also be parked on ship with M dock as additional weapon platforms
Put those slowing turrets on the thresher and guard it with small swarm fleet (3-5 S fighters) with shield stripping stuff (arc) and those hull damage weapons for actually killing stuff.
Ion Pulse is, by far, the best anti-fighter turret due to how fast the projectiles are, and also having really good range for an M turret on top of that. You can even get away with not using arc turrets at all, but even including a single arc turret on each side will help slow down enemy ships and make other turrets even more accurate, resulting in even better anti-fighter capabilities.
And since you don't really have anything more dedicated against bigger ships in M turrets, this loadout is your best choice against basically anything else, although you definitely should go with other ships if you want to take down bigger targets.
