I wound up remapping keys here and there. If that works, then I only need to press them for the tutorial or else the tutorial gets stuck. I gotta see if Shift+MMB works for the tutorial.
I could do that. I worry about other games/stuff.
Once I get a layout for a game I'd play for a while (like X4). AutoHotkey is another way todo that. I often stick with AHK cause no matter what, I can reset the game's controls to default and use AHK to rebind keys to what I want and save the script to the cloud.
There's even cooler ways, like adding new shift states, messing with the game's config files. If you haven't highly recommended. Like you can rebind all of those menu keys that you can't rebind, and last I tried, you can even have 3+ controls per command instead of the 2 that are allowed in the settings.
EDIT:
Oh yea I have TrackIR and I gotta try that out too. Only reason I have TrackIR is cause of the game DCS World. The Shift+MMB+mouse movement, if MMB is annoying if it can't be remapped, it can be via AutoHotkey and sometimes via your mouse software.
Yes remapping the keys do work even in tutorial, it will shows the prompt with the new assigned key
