Is there any way to reset the tutorial progress? Any help would be appreciated, thank you!

Not really. What are you stuck on? Game isn't that hard.
Not really stuck on anything, I did some tutorials when I first got the game, but couldn't play well on my deck, but started up again since getting a gaming laptop and upon downloading and launching the game there's ALOT more tutorials, and when I complete one, it says you've completed the basic tutorials, suggested start terran cadet, and then starts the game for me. After. every. tutorial. So anyways it's just a basic annoyance really.

It may do that regardless, but if you select the other option, it'll drop you back to the menu so you can start the next tut yourself.

That said, I have noticed that in the following file...
C:\Users\<userprofile>\Documents\Egosoft\X4\<randomnumber>\userdata.xml

...there are entries of the following type...
<tutorial_firstperson_completed>1</tutorial_firstperson_completed>
<tutorial_flight_completed>1</tutorial_flight_completed>

...etc.

Based on the most recent tutorials I've completed having their entries at the end of the file instead of the beginning with the others I completed, and ones that I haven't completed not being present at all, I'm guessing that simply deleting all of these tutorial related lines may change the completed status. It's just a guess, though.
I am not sure on how to go about changing them but if that fixes the problem then I see if I can figure it out.
Late to the party, but I can confirm deleting the row for each tutorial completed did appear to remove the check ✔️ from next to related row in game when next launched
