Yes the RIP's, thought I got it wrong.
They seem pretty laided back for a not so savvy faction. Just trying to survive is pretty ok by me.
Yes the mad max feel is working well with my "head cannon" role playing bit as a smuggler/bandit.
The split being pilots for all my ships since they get a decent pilot buff as newbies. Plus their clear cut and cheesy way of getting to the point... I find funny.
Then I send my ships to the VIG wharf to fill up on service crew, which adds to the vibe of FaFo.
But will be weird flying around in a Terran ship while everyone is dressed for the apocalypse lol.
Ehh oh well, over all. While taking things in light steps seems to be the way to go. Instead of having headache inducing pain trying to micromanage a entire galaxy. Few ships, some scurvy crew. And a few bad jokes is good enough for me.

That looks really cool, unfortunately the only ship I have with a decent paint job is a dragon corvette from the fallen. Which they kindly gave to me after pumping some lead into their back side. I guess fighting a Asp wasn't in their agenda lol.
Besides that, not really sure how to get any new paint jobs. I hear most of them are rewards for missions?
Doom got that one right. It's frozen in time and a Timelines reward. I mainly get them from plots and missions. That's one thing they need to flesh out more I think. I love dressing up my ships lol. Like the planes from WW2 and their nose art, every ship in a fleet should have it's own unique paint job. The crew who work and fly these machines love them.
I agree, wonder if there is a way to inject our own paint skins. Would be neat to know.
And after looking at the same color for quite some time. These ships of mine need some new flash.
When you say plots, as in mission lines? Or the pre determined universe starts?

Mission lines. There are several multi-mission plotlines available in the universe which you can follow. Some of them result in changes in the world.
I just park them in the middle of a sector. Everything dies eventually.
Combine them with 5 fully loaded Tokyos and 70 Katanas in intercept mode, and I'm taking down Zenon defense platforms before they can kill a single Gladius fighter.
In other words...overkill is underrated.
Happy new year, oh and ok. This is a noob question despite I several hours in the game.
How do you apply said paints because I have not gotten any yet.
Didn't know that about the plots either.
Got some missions that say argon vs. Xenon and one other one, those im sure will change the world?
Nope, those one's won't. They're infinite, pretty much. The world is only going to change if you blow up a station somewhere.
See "Hatikva's Revolution" mission in the menu for one of the plots start.
Sweet thank you, I'll get to work on that when I get a chance.
