Performance
Hello Guys

Its normal that i have with an AMD Ryzen 5 2600X and a AMD Radeon RX 7900 XT only 20-30 Fps at 1920 x 1080 ? Before that i had a MSI GeForce GTX 1080 Ti GAMING X (11 GB) and with this it was way better ? I dont understand this.. :(

To be fair, if you're expecting a mainline X game to give you 120+fps buttery soft performance at all times then you're probably in the wrong place.

"Decent" for me is fairly stable with some drops here and there (like coming out of a gate and being met with one of my over-the-top gate defense platforms with thousands of turrets) hovering in the 50-70 fps range, which is not bad for a 12 year old PC with middle of the road components (aforementioned CPU, and a 1050ti lol).

*EDIT*
To clarify, the point of my original post wasn't to discredit people's concerns over performance or dismiss the topic or anything, I'm more just baffled that my PC can EVEN run this game as well as it does.

X4 is kind of an enigma in that way...

:steamthis: GTX gpu´s was the last good gpu generation
monopols like n-greedia or intel 5 years ago is always bad.

the problem today is:

1) you dont get better hardware, you buy a software upgrade dls 1,2,3
2) you never get enough V-ram to force you buying new every generation
3) unneedet effects like raytracing that makes every game much slower and it doesnt look better, only different.

a GTX 1070 from n-greedia with 8 gb v- ram
is 9 years old and you could play all games today.

50s :steamthumbsup::steamfacepalm:
it isn't better on 7800X3D. I'm around 40 fps with a 4080S on huge battles btw HOP and PAR.
Generally games that weigh heavier on the side of simulation you tax your CPU FAR more than your GPU. While your CPU is still a fairly solid contender when it comes to games that are more GPU intensive, it really does start to show it's age if you're looking at simulation games.

From the looks of it you can find a fair number of tweaks to help you get by for now, but it might be time to consider saving for an upgrade to your CPU to match your GPU.
