tides ship schematics
do I have to make nice with vig to get them or do the riptide breakers get them or a close variation later? right now they only have nonmilitary.

yeah, i got it. thanks. thankfully I only had to get to level 10 to get the shi which is the only one I really wanted. Are the capital ships worth it?
