Best Hyperion Mods & Loadout?
Hello I wanted a place everyone can discuss their Hyperion loadout and what mods they use.

So far I'm thinking all Argon Flak with terrain engines and shields. Is this perfect? I'm all for min maxing.

What is the best loadout for the Hyperion? Also what are the best mods to get for weapons shields engines and turrets?

Mods: 100% Slasher, on everything. (the hyperion cooldown is so good, that it cools down in like 2 seconds, even with it. Make sure to get close to 45% dmg boost and 95% fire rate/reload rate boost.)

Shields: I have TER there, 100% of them (but expensive)

Turrets: idk, the pulse ones are fine for me, at least they hit S ships somewhat consistently.

Engine mods etc: idk, didnt investigate yet, but something that makes it faster outside of traveldrive (thing is slow as a snail)

For speed out of travel drive wouldn't that be split engined with mods put on them?

sounds about right.

Kinda trying to turn mine into an "M" ship currently, with SPL engine it does 300m/s with the mod, thats faaar better than whe 168 it did with par engine.

300 sound great. Also everyone keeps saying they going pulse for turrets? Why is that? I thought flak was the op end all for turrets?

I think people switched to pulse when 7.0 came and turrets had issues reliably tracking/hitting S ships - at least that was when I switched.
