What version of the game are you playing? The stable or the beta?
A few things worth checking in the mean time:
X4 saves in the documents folder, in windows OneDrive can prevent access for X4, especially if it is syncing at the same time as X4 tries to save. The same applies to other cloud services set to backup your documents folder. Even if you don't use it, OneDrive automatically installs with windows. You can uninstall it and see if that solves the issue.
Edit: if you do use OneDrive, I believe you can set an exception for the X4 folder (so it doesn't try to sync it), but it's been a while since I messed with OneDrive settings.
Try increasing the size of you virtual memory, this error can pop up if software runs out of virtual memory it's trying to use.
From a quick google on Exit Code 1061
In a nutshell: it usually indicates a driver issue. Updating windows and your drivers (including BIOS) to their newest version could solve the problem.
Edit: Worst case scenario is that you have a hardware component failure somewhere in your system. Might be an idea to post your DxDiag info, that should help narrow down the culprit.
0xC0000005 is a memory address I believe and could be a number of things. Memory, system file corruption, malware and a host of other things. Run the system file checker, update windows and update drivers starting with chipset. (maybe even a bios update if there is one). Not saying that any of these will solve your issue but it should help to rule out OS issues.
DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth
this command will restore any corrupted files or part of the OS from an online image.
second, check your monitor resolution, if your monitor is, for instance, 60Hz, check in the settings menu if the refresh rate is 60 or 59.x numbers, it must be as your actual refresh rate.
a thing that definitely not only solved all the issues, it also made the game have more fps (I have a high-spec computer) and run smoother, it's updating yuor BIOS.
there are guides online on how to update your system BIOS version, nowadays is easier than ever.
Sorry Im running quad channel 64gb@ I think 3200 system specs are
Core i7-11700K (currently not OC)
RTX 3080
Game is installed on a SSD and not using Samsung magician or RAPID
Last night one change I made off the cuff was run in borderless windowed when I was running it in fullscreen previously and had zero issues (played for about 2 hours) SFC found some stuff but it was inconsequential stuff in the logs im hoping it was just some small display or driver glitch as I dont mind playing in borderless at all

Seems like your getting it sorted. Update chipset drivers and reinstall gpu and it may solve it if its just a driver glitch. Chipset serves communication between peripherals and OS. Do not rely on windows driver update for drivers, it often installs generic microsoft ones.
Update on this. No dice, Ive already done GPU drivers and chipset drivers. I dont use OneDrive and it doesent seem to be specific to saving. I think this should be up to the devs to fix at this point.
You can use hosting sites to like google drive or dropbox to upload teh saves and then share the link for larger files.
