Coordinates

Is their a mod to show coordinates? I've searched high and low online and can't seem to find anything. Yet when ever i look something up online to for help I'm always given coordinates to go to. I'm rather confused as to how people are telling me the exact location with coordinates, but I can't seem to find any mod to show them. Not really sure why this isn't in the base game to be honest.

Abandoned ships guides? Just compare visually on map - coordinates are most likely taken from file.
