How can i reach Kestrel Sport?

Fly closer to the Kestrel before you leave the ship, to spend less time in the spacesuit.

That's some sort of glitch. It should be reachable personally, but you can just capture it with a marine.

Does leaving your ship always teleport you to the center of a system??

I have the same problem. Did anybody find a solution?

I fly up to the kestrel (within less than 30m), I get up from my ship and select “use spacesuit”, and instantly I am in my spacesuit 240km away in the middle of the sector right next to the anomaly, instead of being next to my ship and the kestrel.

I figured maybe I should try to fly into the anomaly with my spacesuit to get teleported back next to my ship and the kestrel, but I can’t accelerate while I am close to the anomaly.

Is this some weird mechanic of the game I have to figure out? Or is this a bug?
