Online features not working

Hello, I have followed the steps to log in to my egosoft account to be able to access my paints and yasur. I have used the features before, and triple checked my steam account is linked to my egosoft account.

When I log in, it seemingly logs in correctly, but will not STAY logged in. When I load a save OR start a new universe, I am no longer logged in. So I cant access anything in my venture storage. I have followed the steps EXACTLY and I am truly at a loss as to why I cant get it to work. I participated in the yasur event before, and was on the timelines leaderboard. I dont know why it wont let me stay logged in now all of the sudden. My only theory is that I have switched internet providers since then but I dont see why that would matter.

Has anyone had this issue and do you know of any fixes, I have also approached the egosoft forum, they did answer me but have yet to be able to get this resolved.

You'll hear even less here. The main devs don't post here.

The online Ventures feature has been shut down for 4 years. The only reason the menu option really still exists is because players might still have ship/modules/equipment/paintjobs in an old save game and you need to be able to download the files to access them.

I spoke to a dev on the Escapist yonks back and he said to me that its a "work in progress". I think its vapourware now. Maybe expect it in 5X?

Yes, I have a ton of paints and the yasur, which is why im hoping someone has had the same issue and maybe knows how to get around it.
