Not necessarily. A silicon refinery has two kind of storages: Containter storage for energy cells and silicon wafers and a solid storage for raw resources like silicon.

If the solid storage is full, the station won't buy more silicon, just because it can't hold any more silicon.

This is why you should discover new sectors and explore them to find more stations and possible buyers.
is the boron station actually finished.
Does it have the storage and a refining module, and container storage for the output.
Boron if joining to the rest have a devastated economy, so stations have to be built.
Is it asking for stuff for build storage?

logistic overview shown there is storage and production module though i didnt see details cause i no scanned it ,but there was no building vessels nearby ,there was 2 refineries in sector wasn't able to sell to any of em ,my standing with em is +5 i dunno what could cause this.
I ve got ship exploring sector in range of this refinery so prices was updated, ive seen silicon waffers on sale but there was no silicon on trade offer lists.
There was also no Boron mining vessels around so if station produced waffers it should need/buy silicon....

but it should show silicon on trade offer list, just couldnt buy if storage was full right?it does not shows on trade list at all .

Normally no. You might be able change that in the trade filter settings (just play around with the buttons on the top right in the map).

you may want to scan the station to find out ware the problem is i'm guessing it if probably full of very cheep silicon wafers and you may need to invest in a large trade ship to help take them off there hands

i scanned station it seems it have full storage ...thats weird i checked there is literally 1 small miner and there are 2 silicon an done ore refinery and they are all filled up?

did you look at the logistics page of the factory after scanning the storage of the factory you said it is full but of what wares? it should have a solid storage for silicon and also a container storage for energy cells and silicon wafers
They sure have more than only one single S miner. ;)
Also, maybe the stations are somehow missing energy cells and can't produce anything, so the silicon will pile up. Or there is only a low demand for silicon wafer or just won't get traded, this will also stop the production.

i have most of this sector covered with satellites there is literally 2 miner ss size ,and 3 refineries have all time full solid containers .i dunno maybe noone is buying from em yet still weird .

It the solid storage is full, then the refinery is satisfied. It doesn't need more mining ships.
If the container storage is full, then no one is buying from the refinery.
