Guide to Auxllery ships ?.

I've googled and looked on YT but i can't find a single good guide to
these fleetsupport ships, how to set them up and how to order them .
Anyone who knows a good comprehensive video or guide to them ?.

I did the full but short tutorial but i still don't understand one bit how to
setup my Aux to supply some of my ships in the fleet with missiles.
I bought the heavy Torpedo BP and i made a hauler transfer about 6k
missile components to the Aux, and the Aux is set to supply the fleet.

But i don't see any options for telling my Aux to start building torps
to supply the ships who uses them.

I also haven't been able to see how to setup the fighter squadrons to
dock and repair at the Aux at a certain % of hull damage.

you cant select a certain hull percent, but ships should rearm / resupply / repair (eventually)
Ensure that the ships to be resuppled are not set to no resupply.
Ensure that the ships don't have a hold position order. I have found that an issue.

You can't build torps in advance, but if a ship fires torps or gets damaged, it should go to the resup ship to repair / resupply.
Beware the aux holds few parts, don't expect an entire missile frigate group to be resupped in one go without the aux ship resupplying with missile parts etc.

order a ship to manually refit, add to the number of torps until it says it is short of parts, that will give you an idea of parts needed and capacity.
it wont all happen immediately, one ship from a fleet on patrol will peel off etc.
I think in the latest patches you can set a missile torp loadout but havent tried that yet.

I haven't been able to get my torpedo bombers to auto-restock. I have to go manually 1-by-1 and restock each one at the supply ship. You don't have to make torpedos or missiles, the ship assembles them on the fly out of parts when you order.

The other thing that kind of sucks is that the Honshu can only resupply 8 or 10 of my 20 bombers before it runs out of resources and needs to restock.

You should feedback this on the official forums. It's not meant for a proper supplyship,
especially a FLEET supplyship, to run out of resources before it's resupplied for quiet a while.
