Cease & Desist Unidentified ship?

I have the quest and the circle can't find it so far. Is there a station or marker to help find it. Maybe a direction north, south, east, west from a particular station or are there coordinates in the game to kind of zero in on the ship's location?

Go into the general Direction those suspicious Longrange Bursts come from.

Maybe you will find a Ship that clearly does not belongs into Teladi Space.
