An explanation about Avarice plot...?

After all quests are completed , and i have capture an astrid, Just when i start to sell protection , the stupid teladi compains that i profit from it ? What should i do at the end of this quest so he will not complain?

Also what to do withe the condensate storage ?

Isn't it obvious? Ask for a lower price for the protectyon. But now it's too late anyway, that Teladi guy will only cry one time.

Iirc, 2 first sales above average price - bad Dagobas response, 4 first sales below average price - good response.

I did it manually. But if you want pleased Dagobas and there is no station protectyon demand for cheap: I read you can setup your own trade station with manually set low price. Just don't assign traders. Let NPC buy it 4 times.

Also teladi reaction doesn't mean anything in the game except for steam achievements.

I saved the game before, but despite having the price at the minimum , the same happens, Or is a bug, or i do something wrong.

You know that trading stations sucks, is hard to make money on them. I placed a repeat order to Astrid to collect and sell at a min price. The teladi again complained !!!

Probably the latter.
You save before what? The first time you collect the Protectyon? If so, after transfering the protectyon to one of your stations, make sure to pause the game, and lower the prices right away.

You recognize that ordering to sell for minimum price doesn't mean that ship will sell for that price and not for highest price pilot may find - right?

I think you're locked in after selling above base price once.

You don't need repeat orders. Just use the trade filter to find 4 stations that offer lss than the base price (IIRC 25k or so) and order the relief pilot of the Astrid to sell 1 unit to each of those stations.

After the achievemnt Popped you can just assign the Astrid or a raleigh with condensate to your depot on Auto trade.

Or forget about it altogether since you won't make much money from it anyway. at best you can sell maybe 20-30 units per tide, i.e. something like half a million per hour. Small change. Even a basic powerplant or ice refinery can yield more without manually fetching stuff from a system you can only reach for 2 minutes per hour

I have to agree. Hardly worth the trouble. I set up a depot and several Raleigh to get it to the stations. It's a pain in the arse getting an Astrid to fill the Depot 430 units at a time. But hey. 4000 units will last forever in X4 time.

You can take any large ship that docks S, buy a bunch of condensate Raleigh, take them through with you and then fill them all up, really easy to do.

I used a Wyvern with 40 Raleighs at 25 protectyon each = 1000 for the run.

This needs a mod or egosoft to fix it. Also the blueprints of Astrid should be availiable.

It would be good if you could research something (after plot) to allow automatic travel to the other sector - doing it manually is a pain.

You need to sell it to stations with protectyon storage almost full. At low price, under 25000. Do it 4 times, and teladi will praise you. After that you can do whatever. That doesn't make much sense, because they need it the least, but oh well.

Not sure if your question was answered already but I vaguely remember two ways to finish. One is to profit the other is to not profit. I think both have an achievement associated with them. Sounds like you found the profit ending already. I remember having to reload several times in order to find stations that are buying for little to no profit. You can sell one protectyon at a time to several stations until you trigger the other ending. I think it's something like 5 need to be sold. I know it's less than 10.
