Write down the materials needed in Notepad or Excel. And of course the price you have to pay for the ship.
The ingame encyclopedia shows you the average prices for the wares in the game.
I think you can do the rest. :)
Easy to calculate, just look up what she ship costs to build and multiply by the average price of wares, 3 minutes with windows calculator and you have your answers.
With those factors in mind I decided it was worth the investments to build self supplying Shipyards. With the additional growth those Shipyards have given me I no longer worry about such small cost differences .... even if I could work out the true values.
Thanks I just havent gotten to building ships yet, too much time testing mods.
I am going to build a Huge shipyard now
I assume the more Fabrication modules you have the more ships you can build at once
On another note, for small/ Medium fabrication, there definatly is a lack of carriers to make them worth it, the argon carrier carrys 40 Small
The veil cartel mod if you download it carrys 60 S
DaBa's got it - it looks like you pay about a 400% assembly/blueprint/wharf premium when you use a faction wharf, so if you build your own wharf you're probably saving more than 80% on every ship. Of course, it's about 125M to setup the fabrication bay, and then you still have to pay for hull and engine blueprints for a minimum loadout, so it really depends on where you're at in your game and what your needs are.
So it unlocks timelines ships over time? do they just automaticly get added to your blueprint pool?
But talking specifically about ships, there are two that you can get through a mission that pops up, and the rest you have to locate throughout the map in the sandbox. Some of these will automatically unlock the ship blueprints upon collecting them in the sandbox (if I recall correctly), but others you need you will need to research to unlock in the sandbox. There are Xenon ships that can be found on the map in the sandbox and are unlocked through the Timelines stuff, but you don’t get blueprints for these
