How do you restock Cargo Drones for a station?

I have a station Upkeep mission that tells me to restock Cargo Drones, how do I about doing that?

Go to "logical station overview" click the arrow on drones, select and/or type in the amount of drones you want. Provide or don't provide money to the station account. A small or medium ship can deliver the components, or a large ship that has cargo drones. A large ship can also transfer some of it's cargo drones via the trade screen. The station needs a manager.
