Odachi turrets are upside down.

It's a known issue so the purpose of this post isn't to report on something which is already known, I just want to know when I might expect a patch which fixes this rather hilarious bug.

It's been reported multiple times already. Egosoft is digging through a lot of reports - as soon as the package another patch (not hotfix) this one might be fixed. But there is no date yet.

Bummer. Would've been nice to an ETA but I get that they're swamped in the wake of releasing the expansion.

And yes, I pretty much said that in my post. I was not reporting on it, I was asking when the patch might be expected.

Yeah, was in a hurry and just parroted what I've read somewhere at the Egosoft HQ forums.

Just started a new save and can't wait to take the Odachi "for a walk". But I guess we have to be patient for at least another week or so..

The Odachi is a beast of a ship. give it the right ship modifications and i'd have a direct replacement for the Katana even though it will be a little slower. The Odachi looks more aesthetically pleasing and there is full turret coverage.. when the turrets are fixed.

nah its only got half the shields of the Katana and cant use Meson streams... also despite unlocking through research the tech for M Frontier MK2 and Mk3 shields its stuck only being able to use the MK1 version. Hopefully thats a bug thats get fixed when they fix the other bugs with it.

On discord they know of it, have known about it since release day and have fixed it internally already. It'll be in the next patch.

At least not a bug in the game documents, but I hope they would consider change it.
